Requests by phone, fax or email cannot be accepted. Denovan Group is not obliged to comply with your request unless the prescribed fee is paid and sufficient security information is provided to establish your identity. In your request, please include the following: (i) a postal order or cheque (made payable to Denovan Group) for £10; (ii) a photocopy of your passport or any other official document on which your signature is present; (iii) details of any documents you require that contain your personal information (if known).
